        近日，由国管局节能司提出、由中国建筑科学研究院有限公司等单位编制的《公共机构建筑空调系统节能改造技术规程》( T/CECS 935 2021)，经中国工程建设标准化协会审查后正式发布，自2022年3月1日起施行。
        为深入贯彻习近平生态文明思想，落实《绿色高效制冷行动方案》和《“十四五”公共机构节约能源资源工作规划》要求，提高公共机构空调系统节能改造水平，提升制冷能效，现将《规程》电子版附后，供有关公共机构参照使用。
